Before the establishment of WTTO in 2007, our professional team helped Wharf T&T attain the ISO 9001:2000 certification and the ISO 10002 certification and earned the “Outsourcing Team of the Year 2006 (BPO)” and “the Call Centre of the Year 2006 (Commercial Market)” at the Customer Relationship Excellence (CRE) Awards by the APCSC.
Business Continuity Assurance
WTTO is particularly attentive to business continuity planning to ensure that outsourcing clients will be receiving high standard assurance in business continuity.
WTTO maintains four process centres in Hong Kong, Guangzhou, and Jiangmen linked together to provide mutual operations backup to assure business continuity.
