Being a spin-off strategic business unit of HKBN, WTTO has proven capability providing consistent service quality to the large volume transaction processing industry. Before the establishment of WTTO in 2007, our professional team helped HKBN attain the ISO 9001:2000 certification and the ISO 10002 certification and earned the “Outsourcing Team of the Year 2006 (BPO)” and “the Call Centre of the Year 2006 (Commercial Market)” at the Customer Relationship Excellence (CRE) Awards by the APCSC.
